It is a cold spicy salad- cold noodles is tossed with bean sprouts, cucumbers, cilantro, and cubes of spongy gluten, coriander and sesame seeds , then all the proprietary sauces of china, which includes soy sauce, black vinegar, garlic, and chili oil are added to it along with spices like salt and sugar.

3. Kung pao chicken- It is the most famous chicken dish in china. It is a spicy stir fried dish made with chicken, peanuts, vegetables and peanuts. It is a classic dish of Sichuan cuisine. It is sweet and filled with fermented rice or sticky rice balls and because of the fermented rice tang gwen can be a little bit of alcoholic.
